Product Management:

Product Analysis:

<li>Performs Bloomberg and Morningstar searches. </li>

<li>Performs studies of client holdings using Pershing’s NetExchange 360 and ReportCenter capabilities. </li>
<li>Uses Morningstar and other services to generate stock reports, create investment lists and track manager and indices performance. </li>
<li>Attends core funds conference calls, take notes, and circulate internally. </li>
<li>Informs sales force on MF corporate events (dividends, mergers, split, etc.). </li>
<li>Integral member of the products team, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of AMTI </li>
<li>Collaborate with Trading desk for New Issues, Corporate Actions, Bond Proposals, portfolio rebalancing. </li>
<li>Ad-hoc investment-related duties and tasks, as assigned. </li>

Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or engineering is required.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technology Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, manage project teams, and drive strategic marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead client projects to assess, optimize, and implement marketing technology solutions. </li>
<li>Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps for marketing technology transformations. </li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. </li>

<li>Team Leadership and Development:

<li>Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. </li>
<li>Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. </li>

<li>Business Development:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development. </li>
<li>Contribute to thought leadership by creating content, conducting research, and presenting insights on marketing technology trends. </li>

<li>Expertise and Innovation:
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on the latest marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bynder, Workfront) and industry trends. </li>
<li>Design and implement solutions that enhance marketing operations, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI. </li>

</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. </li>
<li>5+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, marketing operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role. </li>
<li>Strong expertise in marketing technology platforms, digital asset management, and workflow optimization tools (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, etc.). </li>
<li>Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships effectively. </li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. </li>
<li>Experience developing and mentoring teams. </li>
<li>PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus. </li>
</ul>
 Compensation Statement: The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Analyst: $75,000-$100,000; Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, A&amp;M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
