AERMOR is seeking a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based IT solutions for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division’s (NSWC PCD) mission-critical infrastructure. This role involves vulnerability management, system security, DevSecOps integration, and infrastructure automation, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and recommendations for information systems.
• Manage vulnerability assessments and generate compliance reports.
• Implement Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Ensure systems comply with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
• Support Navy RMF and NAVSEA network security standards.
• Deploy and manage Web-hosting platforms, including: Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), Azure Application Services, Amazon Elastic Beanstalk, NGINX Load Balancer/Web Server.
• Support T-SQL Systems and Security Administration.
• Implement cloud concepts and services related to U.S. Government and DoD environments.
• Deploy and manage advanced DevSecOps methodologies, including: Containerization, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Git software version control operations.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline deployments and system configurations.
• Deploy and manage DoD Information Security systems, including: McAfee Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS), Microsoft Defender Endpoint (MDE), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must possess one of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP, CISSP, CISA, GCED, or GCIH.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of DoD IT security requirements, including STIGs and RMF.
• Experience with Windows-based and Linux-based operating systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Amazon Web Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with network and server administration.
• Expertise in DevSecOps tools, cloud security, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Navy RMF and NAVSEA networks.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Prior experience in U.S. Government or DoD IT environments.
