As our In House Realtoryoull play a pivotal role in helping customers find and purchase their perfect home. We provide a steady stream of high quality leads, allowing you to focus on guiding clients through our state-of-the-art showroom, move-in-ready homes, and available properties. Youll also assist buyers in identifying and securing the ideal land for their future home. Working alongside our talented sales, marketing, and construction teams, youll provide expert guidance at every step of the process, from exploring floor plans to closing the sale. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed real estate professional whos passionate about delivering an exceptional experience and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Qualified Leads: We supply you with a steady pipeline of potential buyers, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
  • Showcase Our Homes: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing personalized tours of our state-of-the-art showroom, move-in-ready built homes, and available properties. Highlight unique design features, customization options, and the quality craftsmanship that sets Happy Home Construction apart.
  • Assist with Land Selection: Work with clients to identify and evaluate potential land for building their dream home. Offer expert guidance on zoning, property suitability, and investment potential to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients by providing consistent communication and exceptional customer service throughout the entire home-buying journey. Act as a trusted advisor to address questions, concerns, and needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Drive Sales: With a strong base of inbound leads, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert inquiries into homebuyers. Use CRM tools to manage and organize your pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Represent Happy Home Construction: Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador of our brand, communicating our mission of revolutionizing the home-buying experience to clients and the broader community.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with local real estate market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with the Team: Work closely with the construction, sales, and marketing teams to stay informed about available inventory, home features, and upcoming developments to better serve client needs.
  • Deliver a Seamless Experience: Guide clients from their first interaction with Happy Home Construction through the closing process, ensuring all documentation, timelines, and communications are handled with professionalism and accuracy.

What You Bring:

High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred

2-4 years sales experience

Active Florida real estate License
