Preferred: Training: May complete an apprenticeship program or a training program approved by the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) or the National Locksmith Association (NLA).&nbsp;
Required: Must be a responsible individual with the ability and skills to troubleshoot and solve problems without direct supervision.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Required: Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform tasks that require manual dexterity, lifting, and bending. A security Professional should be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.&nbsp;
Preferred: Must be computer literate and able to use Field Operations Software (i.e., Field Pulse), and the Microsoft Office Suite of tools: Word, Excel, Publisher.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Required: Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English to interact with customers and employees.&nbsp;

WORKING CONDITONS&nbsp;
Office-Field: Will primarily work in the field with customers and can be subject to extremes in temperature, and conditions that include moving around outdoor commercial or residential buildings. However, you can also work from time to time in a climate-controlled enclosed office with low noise levels. Workdays will be from 8 to 10 hours per day and will include some early mornings, late evenings, and occasionally weekends.&nbsp;&nbsp;
DUTIES AND TASKS&nbsp;
The Security Professional Access Control is responsible to the Office Manager for the following list of duties and tasks:&nbsp;
Estimating: Estimating: From Upsell opportunities, creating draft estimates within our ERP System and submitting to sales for review and action.&nbsp;
Subscription-based Access Control: Back-end accounts&nbsp;
Security Consulting: Providing Access Control security advice and recommendations to individuals and businesses.&nbsp;
Access Control: Installing, programming or servicing access control and CCTV systems, including card readers and keypad systems.&nbsp;
Safety: Ensuring compliance with relevant safety laws, regulations, and industry standards. And, continuously reviewing and improving safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.&nbsp;
Supports efforts to keep employees of the company functioning as a team and keep morale and standards high.&nbsp;
Makes it understood that the customer and the quality of the products and service is the first priority and that each person in the company is here to support that priority.&nbsp;

<li>Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating, and replacing light bulbs. </li>
<li>Repairs and maintains vacated rooms in a timely manner. This includes painting walls and cleaning carpets. </li>
<li>Ensures that walls, floor coverings, doors, and woodwork in the common areas of the community are properly maintained.</li>
<li>Maintains positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, state elevator inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community. </li>
<li>Repairs walls, floor coverings, doors, and wood work in the common areas of the community. </li>
<li>Assesses all plumbing and electrical problems within the community and determines the best course of action to correct the problem. </li>
<li>Works within the legal scope of local and state codes. Documents safety issues as well as physical plan deficiencies related to local, county, state and federal guidelines. Reviews safety data sheets (SDS) as requested for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and takes necessary precautions.</li>
<li>Assesses property damage and file property damage claims in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Responds appropriately to management and/or community emergencies by assisting as needed. </li>

Required Skills and Experience:
