Must Have Qualifications:

• Expertise with Microsoft Power BI development
• 2-3 years insurance industry analytics experience
• Background in data warehouse design and data mining (SQL)
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks
• Experience working in DevOps
• Experience working with multiple data sources (JSON, XML, etc.)
• Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative
• An analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication collaboration tools
• Familiarity with agile and software development lifecycle work - including design, build, code review, testing, release and bug fixing

Preferred qualifications

• Expertise with Microsoft Power BI
• Commercial or retail insurance experience
• Underwriting/Claims operational reporting support
• Background in SQL Server/Azure, Expertise with SQL queries
• Experience with Power Bi Administration (CI/CD)
• Experience with Databricks (e.g., Unity Catalog)
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate

Compensation: 135-145k+15% target bonus
