TOTE Logistics, is seeking a Manager, Integration to join the team at our Jacksonville, FL office.
In this position:
The Manager of Integration, is a key leadership role responsible for driving alignment, efficiency, and performance across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Integration, this position works cross-functionally to standardize processes, optimize resource utilization, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance business operations. The Manager, Integration combines data-driven decision-making with strong leadership and communication skills to develop solutions that improve operational effectiveness. This role requires adaptability, analytical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing complex business challenges.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Support Business Integration Initiatives: Execute strategic projects that align business unit operations, improve standardization, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Optimize Operational Efficiencies: Analyze data, identify process gaps, and implement scalable solutions that reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector between business units—including Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal—to enhance coordination and strategic alignment.
- Leverage Data & Analytics for Decision-Making: Utilize business intelligence tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor Change Management Efforts: Play a key role in managing the transition of new processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Assess Asset Utilization Strategies: Provide insight and recommendations on balancing company-owned assets, leased resources, and third-party relationships.
- Develop High-Impact Executive Presentations: Create compelling reports, data visualizations, and presentations that effectively communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and identify opportunities to enhance integration, cost savings, and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Certifications) –
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integration, operations, or related fields.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in program management, business process improvement, or logistics operations.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities –
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex business data for strategic decision-making.
- Solid background in transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain industries.
- Experience in driving process optimization, operational efficiencies, and integration projects.
- Proficient in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- Travel: This position requires occasional travel, with flexibility based on business needs.
