Seibold Security of Florida, a security integrator that specializes in designing and installing tailored security systems for financial institutions and commercial clients is seeking a Field Service Technician.
Position Summary:
The Field Service Technician position is a valuable front-line person in our organization and is responsible for ongoing service delivery and urgent service response calls for our client's security systems.
Position Requirements:
- Alarm installation, access control and CCTV experience
- An electronics technician degree, military technical school, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Solid work record (at least 2 years year of relevant experience)
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A willingness to travel
- An ability to work and communicate confidently at all organization levels.
- An ability to work independently and recognize when to access available assistance and expertise.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, repair, troubleshoot and service electronic security systems
- Preventative maintenance inspections
- Respond to customer problems and offer solutions.
Resolve software or hardware problems at customer site
