ERMC Aviation is seeking a dynamic Airport Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our airport facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of airport operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel
- Manage airport facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Oversee industrial maintenance activities and coordinate repairs as needed
- Fabricate solutions to address maintenance issues efficiently
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Communicate effectively in English with staff, passengers, and stakeholders
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient maintenance tracking
- Implement maintenance management strategies to optimize airport operations
- Maintain low voltage systems within the airport premises
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing airport operations
- Proficiency in facilities management to ensure smooth facility operations
- Strong background in industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to fabricate solutions for maintenance challenges
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management
- Strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance scheduling and tracking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical experience
- Ability to manage maintenance staff effectively and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management practices
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
- Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
- Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
- Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
- Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
