Job Summary:
We are seeking a Trial Attorney to join our legal team. This position will be fully remote and based in Orlando, FL. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation and trial proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- 5+ years of experience as a Trial Attorney
- Proven track record of successfully handling civil litigation cases
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation and trial proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Develop case strategies and arguments
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Communicate with clients, judges, and opposing counsel
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Attend court hearings and trials
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
