About the Role

As a Learning Designer II, you'll play a key role within our HR team, contributing to high-impact learning solutions that drive business performance. You'll assess training needs, design innovative content, and bring bold ideas to life. Whether it's a hands-on workshop or a dynamic e-learning moduleyour work will make a real difference.

Duration of contract: Through 12/31/2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver engaging training experiences based on instructional design best practices.
  • Write scripts and develop storyboards for learning modules.
  • Create and update instructional assets such as participant guides, presentation decks, and interactive media.
  • Support the full content lifecycle: from planning and storyboarding to recording, editing, and implementation.
  • Develop training in multiple formats, including digital and e-learning.
  • Lead and manage complex learning projects with enterprise visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and define learning strategies.
  • Identify content gaps and partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to maintain and enhance materials.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using surveys, data, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with corporate and field leaders to foster a consistent, high-energy company culture.
  • Build digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
  • Occasionally deliver live training sessions and presentations.
  • Apply creative thinking to craft learning that's meaningful, impactful, and aligned with business needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional theory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a track record of innovation.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative spirit.
