Job Description
Farha Roofing, a leader in commercial and residential roofing, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Manager to oversee operations in our Orlando, FL market. This role requires a dynamic professional with 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction management, or a related field. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety compliance while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily commercial roofing operations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
Schedule and supervise roofing and sheet metal crews.
Conduct job site inspections and address any issues proactively.
Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress reports, budgets, and material usage.
Work closely with building inspectors, clients, and sales representatives.
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating field personnel.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, production management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
