Join our team in the manufacturing and assembly of industrial power systems. As a Wire Technician, you will be responsible for wiring power systems and assembling electrical components. You will need to read schematics and engineering drawings for assembly and utilize hand and power tools such as power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures. This role requires standing for the entire shift and may involve working on ladders to assemble units up to 8 feet in height.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience in wiring electrical components.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or similar fields is beneficial.

Profit sharing bonuses are paid out quarterly and typically equate to about $1 extra per hour.

Work Environment and ShiftThis is a large, open bay production facility with multiple workstations and bays.The production floor is not climate controlled, although industrial-sized ceiling fans keep the air moving.Safety shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs are required.The shift is from 6:00am to 4:30pm.Monday through Friday, and 6:00am to 12:30pm on Saturdays.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
