Position Overview
The Senior Director, IT supports AITC’s Global mission and Corporate IT team. They serve as AITC’s Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Program Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive Cyber strategy to ensure AITC is at the forefront of Cyber technology knowledge and implementation.
The Senior Director, IT is also responsible for the successful implementation of all Cyber related programs and for the development and enactment of cyber security growth strategy for future cyber program development opportunities, leading the Cyber Security Community of Interest (COI).
This position requires a results-oriented leader with executive experience and a proven record of delivering complex programs supporting corporate goals in Cyber Compliance, Testing, Modeling and Simulations and related functional areas.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage day to day activities in the organization’s IT & cyber security development, growth, and corporate planning/processes functions
- Responsible for Cost, Performance and Schedule of all assigned programs
- Develop of a long-term strategic Cyber security business plan and portfolio campaign plans
- Establish teaming arrangements, proposal support, customer engagement and all other related functions associated with the identification, pursuit, and win of new business opportunities
- Collect competitive intelligence information in support of cyber opportunity pursuits and in response to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Represent AITC with customers, partners, industry events, etc.
- Serve as SME in Cyber related tasks, proposals, customer engagement, and COI activities
- Create and lead AITC’s Cyber Security COI, develop, the portfolio, and mentor Cyber Security personnel
