Property Management:

Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient management.

Manage maintenance requests, unit inspections, and vendor relationships.

Supervise on-site staff and ensure high standards of service and upkeep.

Monitor and control operating budgets and expenses.

Ensure property compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations.
LIHTC Compliance:
-
Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, including income certifications, recertifications, and annual file audits.

Maintain accurate resident files and required documentation.

Work with compliance officers and auditors to ensure program requirements are met.
Leasing & Occupancy:
-
Market and lease available units to qualified applicants.

Conduct applicant screenings, show units, and execute lease agreements.

Maintain a strong occupancy rate and manage tenant retention efforts.

Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on affordable housing.

Knowledge of LIHTC compliance requirements is required.

Experience with leasing and rent collection processes.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), or similar designation.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
