Job DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to assist the office team. The ideal candidate is well-versed and experienced with Microsoft Office. Strong typing and good working computer skills are also required.

Compensation:
$15 - $16.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Source and Coordinate field technicians to meets service demands
- Perform filing and general administrative duties.
- Support the Operations Manager with various office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in dispatching, case management, or a related field
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
