We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance person to join our team. This role is crucial to the upkeep and appearance of our facilities. The Maintenance person will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, including the pool deck, clubhouse, walkways, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the pool deck every Monday and Friday morning to ensure it is neat and safe for residents and guests.
  
• Sweep, mop, and clean restrooms within the clubhouse to ensure they are in pristine condition at all times.
  
• Blow leaves off walkways and common areas to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  
• Sweep and maintain stairwells to ensure they are clear and presentable.
  
• Clean and maintain the elevators, ensuring they are clean and safe for use.
  
• Handle any other small maintenance jobs as they arise, ensuring that all areas remain in excellent condition.
  

Part-Time Mon-Fri 8am-12pm

**THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION WITH POSSIBILITIES TO BECOME A PERMANENT POSITION.**



Pay rate: Up to $18.63
