MAINTENANCE I - MPA
Non-exempt Full -Time
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
SALARY RANGE $17.00 – 25.00
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of the materials, methods and equipment typically used in janitorial work or general maintenance work.
2. Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions.
3. Ability to operate/drive power equipment used in maintenance.
4. Sufficient physical strength and ability to perform heavy manual labor.
5. Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to cleaning equipment.
6. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record for the past three years
7. Internal candidates must have received a satisfactory rating of 80% or above on your last performance review and have remained in good standing (no disciplinary action within the last 6 months.)
DUTIES:
1. Makes routine inspections and performs the necessary repairs to facilities and equipment to keep them in good working condition.
2. Performs painting duties to garages, lots and offices.
3. Scrubs garage and lot surfaces through the use of scrubber/sweeper machines and water pressure machines.
4. Remove trash from facilities.
5. Performs related duties as required.
