Overnight Cleaner

We are looking to add an Overnight Cleaner to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. Essential Functions:

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes.
• Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue.
• Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous dish washing experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
