Job Description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations and servers. Must have knowledge in Operating Systems (Windows, ), Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP),Active Directory management , Application installation and configuration ,Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers) This position requires flexibility and discretion in supporting a diverse population. Will be on call one weekend out of the month. Spanish and English is preferred.
