Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits utilizing a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. At Harmony United Psychiatric Care, each patient is treated with compassion and respect.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.

Position Overview:
Harmony United Psychiatric Care seeks a Property Manager to oversee production and maintenance for over 20 office locations in the state of Florida. Majority of our offices are located in the greater central Florida area, but the company has offices as north as Tallahassee and as far south as Coral Gables. You will be responsible for the ongoing management and oversight of the existing physical office locations, as well as the sourcing of physical leases and potential new office locations. Travel will be required when necessary and will be reimbursed. This position requires management experience, as you will be responsible for managing two Operations Assistants who will assist with lease acquisition, lease management, coordination of property maintenance, renewal and payment of leases, code compliance, and maintaining office supplies. This position requires attention to detail, organization, strong communication skills, time management, ability to travel, and real estate based industry knowledge with proven property management experience, preferably in commercial leases.

Responsibilities:
Property Management

  • Research and coordinate looking for new potential properties for new office locations.
  • Ensure compliance with lease requirements, local laws, and payment of rent schedules/tracking renewals.


Maintenance and Repairs

  • Coordinate routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, repairs, and stocking of office supplies.
  • Oversee team in handling emergency repairs, handle urgent issues, and conduct task management.
  • Coordinate with leasing company for necessary maintenance requests and arrange necessary repairs with contractors.

Compliance and Legal Matters

  • Stay updated on local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure property adheres to building codes and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department in handling any legal matters related to lease disputes or property damage.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, real estate or related field.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Certification in Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
  • Real Estate license in multiple states (FL, NY, and /or PR) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel.


Compensation Package

  • Excellent base compensation.
  • Quarterly performance bonus.
  • Uncapped commission bonus model on real estate acquisitions, if applicable.

Work Schedule

  • Four 10hr shifts per week (Monday – Thursday)
  • Offices open Monday-Thursday
