We are hiring a Maintenance Technician&nbsp;for immediate needs!&nbsp;&nbsp;
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>HVAC EPA Certified is a plus but not required! </li>
<li>Perform maintenance service requests.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.</li>
<li>Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.</li>
</ul>
Experience in the apartment industry a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn. Core Values
