Position Overview: fiber.mortgage is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Trade Desk Analyst.
Analyst will:
- Manage market and interest rate risk and related reporting.
- Lock loans and generate borrower disclosures packages.
- Sell loans to investors to maximize company gain on sale.
- Forecast, monitor, and report on warehouse line utilization.
- Manage warehouse line haircut to appropriately balance equity management while maximizing NIM.
- Assist in wire disbursement for loan closing.
- Be an absolute wizard in excel.
- Report directly to CEO.
