Our Registered Land Surveyor will provide direction to the survey teams and survey department for a civil sitework contractor. You will assign field survey crews, handle staffing for the entire department and plan, assign, and direct the daily activities of multiple field survey crews in conducting preliminary, location, construction staking, property, precise, topographic, or other engineering surveys.

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>R.L.S. or P.L.S. Florida Certification mandatory or ability to get </li>
<li>5 years experience with civil construction surveying </li>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering preferred </li>
<li>Good communication skills, both verbally and written </li>
<li>5 years of experience in any combination of Civil 3d, OpenRoads Designer, Trimble Business Center, Pix 4D, Revit, etc. (Relevant combination of work experience and education may also be considered </li>
<li>Ability to operate and train equipment including but not limited to sUAS hardware, GPS, data collector, machine control, etc </li>
</ul>
You will manage the entire survey department, and possess great people skills. Must be a self starter.
