As a Sales Customer Relations Representative, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact our business by building lasting relationships, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
    • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers.
    • Track and manage customer accounts and sales pipelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and returns.
    • Resolve customer issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
