Job Description:This role demands a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and physical stamina to assemble coils efficiently and accurately.Responsibilities:
- Construct coils for HVAC systems by assembling aluminum fin plates and copper tubing based on engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Solder and braze components as required.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
- Record assembly processes and outcomes as needed.
- Package and prepare completed coils for shipment.
- Participate in training to stay updated on new techniques and industry standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC or manufacturing.
- Proficient in soldering, brazing, and using hand/power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
