Job Summary
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for evening shifts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations with the goal to increase sales and revenue, enhance customer experience, and maintain a high level of employee engagement. If you are a strong leader with an active hands-on attitude, willing to work 6-days a week, and want to grow within the company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily food and beverage operations
- Create purchase orders based on inventory and budget
- Hire, train, and manage front of the house and kitchen staff
- Create work schedules for staff based on anticipated business levels
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools
- Oversee the quality of food ingredients and display
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous culinary/ F&B management experience
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
