Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/Creole)
Location: Miami-Dade County (in-home, school, community settings)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Position Summary:
The BCBA will oversee the assessment, development, implementation, and supervision of individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA collaborates closely with families, RBTs, and educational staff to promote skill acquisition, reduce challenging behaviors, and support client independence across environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using evidence-based tools (e.g., Vineland-3, BASC-3).

  • Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing program adjustments.

  • Ensure treatment integrity, compliance with BACB Ethics Code, and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in client care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for assessments, authorizations, and progress notes.

  • Attend clinical team meetings and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted BCBA certification through the BACB.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, behavior analytic assessments, and intervention strategies.

  • Ability to train and mentor RBTs and behavior technician teams effectively.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations.
