Position: Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- Attributes: Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent communication and detail-oriented.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Encircled by pine trees in a quiet residential area, the hotel offers quick access to businesses, restaurants and St. Johns Town Center. Reach EverBank Field in 15 minutes for a Jaguars football game, and sink your toes in the sand at Jacksonville Beach within 20 minutes. JAX Airport is just 25 minutes away from our extended-stay hotel. We have a studio, one- or two-bedroom suite, all with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living area with sofa sleeper.
