Where You Will Work
- Work will involve residential, high-end/custom remodels, and new construction projects.
- You will report daily to the warehouse in Jupiter, FL.
- Job sites will be located throughout Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties.
When You Will Work
- Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, following company policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
- Perform plumbing tasks while supervising and guiding your team to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow blueprints and conduct final inspections to ensure accurate installations and compliance with plumbing codes and project specifications.
- Conduct weekly safety talks to reinforce safety protocols, provide hands-on training to team members, and perform quarterly reviews.
- Coordinate job site activities, manage resources, and ensure the availability of materials for efficient workflow.
- Maintain open communication with project managers and team members, addressing project status, challenges, and updates.
- Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, following company policies and procedures.
What Is Required
- 7+ years of plumbing experience across all phases, including:
- Completion of a 4-year apprenticeship.
- 3 years of independent work as a journeyman.
- 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to drive on behalf of the company with a valid Florida Driver's License and an Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
- Proficiency with plumbing blueprints, codes and regulations, equipment, and hand tools.
- Tools and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to:
- Lift or carry up to 100 pounds.
- Climb ladders and stairs, walk, push, pull, bend, and kneel as needed.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
