Where You Will Work

  • Work will involve residential, high-end/custom remodels, and new construction projects.
  • You will report daily to the warehouse in Jupiter, FL.
  • Job sites will be located throughout Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties.

When You Will Work

  • Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Saturdays and overtime as needed.
  • Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, following company policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Perform plumbing tasks while supervising and guiding your team to ensure timely project completion.
  • Follow blueprints and conduct final inspections to ensure accurate installations and compliance with plumbing codes and project specifications.
  • Conduct weekly safety talks to reinforce safety protocols, provide hands-on training to team members, and perform quarterly reviews.
  • Coordinate job site activities, manage resources, and ensure the availability of materials for efficient workflow.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers and team members, addressing project status, challenges, and updates.
  • Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, following company policies and procedures.

What Is Required

  • 7+ years of plumbing experience across all phases, including:
    • Completion of a 4-year apprenticeship.
    • 3 years of independent work as a journeyman.
    • 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Must be at least 25 years of age to drive on behalf of the company with a valid Florida Driver's License and an Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Proficiency with plumbing blueprints, codes and regulations, equipment, and hand tools.
  • Tools and reliable transportation are required.
  • Ability to:
    • Lift or carry up to 100 pounds.
    • Climb ladders and stairs, walk, push, pull, bend, and kneel as needed.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
