Bay Paws Pet Resort in Tampa, FL is looking for organized individuals to join our strong team. We are located at 1212 N 34th St, Tampa, FL 33605. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greet all pet guests and pet parents with enthusiasm</li>
<li>Ensure all details are accurate and complete for every reservation</li>
<li>Maintain all client requests for services</li>
<li>Create positive and long-last relationships with all potential and current clients</li>
<li>Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars</li>
<li>Answer all phone calls in timely manner</li>
<li>Learn and understand internal computer system to maintain client profiles</li>
<li>Maintain an organized filing system</li>
<li>Enter data into reports as needed</li>
<li>Assisting with pet care - as needed</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to organize and create orderly systems</li>
<li>Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, word, dropbox, etc.</li>
