Responsibilities:

• Appointment Management: Proactively schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of our dental team's schedule.
• Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance preauthorizations to streamline patient visits.
• Financial Administration: Collect co-pays, manage patient financial records accurately, and follow up on outstanding balances and insurance claims.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various front desk duties including answering phones, patient check-in/out, and maintaining office records.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a key team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in treatment or financial coordination in a dental setting.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care and customer service excellence.
• Detail Orientation: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in dental software (preferably Open Dental), insurance processing, and financial administration.
• Professionalism: Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance plans, and accounts receivables.
