Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including injection molding machines, blow molding machines and printing equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLC systems and electrical schematics.

Conduct electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance strategies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and familiarity with electrical systems diagnostics and repair.

Solid understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.

Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

Injection molding experience is a plus and blow molding

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
