Production Associate - Clean Room – Manufacturing & Distribution Company (Deland Area)
Position: Production Associate
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Location: Deland, FL
Salary: $15.75/hr (with opportunities for pay increases)

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machine equipment on the production line in a cleanroom environment.
- Ensure the machines are running smoothly and maintain optimal production levels.
- Package and assemble finished products, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Load materials into machines and monitor the production process to ensure efficiency.
- Lift and move products (up to 30 lbs) to pallets and prepare them for shipment.
- Follow all cleanroom protocols, including wearing cleanroom attire at all times.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in machine operation, assembly, and packaging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 30 lbs consistently and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
