We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dependable Front Desk / Sterilization Floater to join our dynamic team and support the smooth operation of our practice.

Job Description:
As a Front Desk / Sterilization Floater, you will play a key role in both front office and clinical support. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and families, managing front desk responsibilities, and assisting the clinical team with sterilization and infection control duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilization Support:

• Assist with the sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
• Ensure all infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Monitor and maintain sterilization inventory.
• Help with setup and breakdown of dental treatment rooms as needed.
