Your Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment including, but not limited to, quality assurance, productivity accountability, project financials, document control, procurement, submittals and change orders. Perform all essential functions and responsibilities to ensure that expected levels of profitability, quality and safety are obtained.
Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-construction meeting. Meet with and mentor all project supervision and field manpower.
  • Manage, approve, organize and document the projects scope, schedule and budget from start to finish.
  • Ability to commute to different jobsites and complete on-site visits.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best price and on-time delivery of material and equipment.

Experience and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Florida building codes
  • Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as Commercial Project Manager in the Plumbing industry with an estimated value range of $1 - $30 Million.
  • Familiarity of systems required for large scale commercial projects which include condominiums, schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, and retail shopping centers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or a combination of technical training and/or related field experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of operating Microsoft office systems, Sage CRE 300 and QuoteExpress
  • Effective organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent planning, communication and team skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Established relationships with contractors and suppliers is a PLUS!
  • Estimating skills, a PLUS!
