We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Production Plant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, paint, and coatings, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement production strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
2. Oversee daily operations and ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
3. Manage all aspects of the production process, including procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, and quality assurance.
4. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans as well as control costs to achieve company goals.
5. Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met and maintained.
6. Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
7. Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
8. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
9. Monitor and report on production performance metrics.
10. Troubleshoot any issues or delays in production.
11. Ensure the plant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing, paint, or coatings environment.
3. Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role.
4. Strong understanding of production processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
10. Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost objectives.
11. Solid understanding of technical aspects of machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production process.
12. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
