Overview
The incumbent in this position is responsible for planning and directing the overall F&B operations of the property, including all related management functions to ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Bristol their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Develops and administers operating and capital budgets.
- Conducts or reviews detailed management and operational analyses to ensure ongoing success and efficiency within the department.
- Responsible for specifications and quality of all food products.
- Controls all labor and food cost percentages.
- Responsible for quality, consistency, and presentation of all food products delivered to guests.
- Recommends to senior management operational enhancements that support initiatives and promote excellence.
- Monitor’s profit and loss statements to ensure objectives are met, and recommends corrective actions as required.
- Performs all employee management functions such as interviewing, hiring, training, etc
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field, and at least ten (10) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
