Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
•Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required).
•Experience in gathering, decomposing, and prioritizing business requirements, including Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation;
•Experience supporting enterprise applications that integrate with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions;
•Experience in data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding using Power BI, MS Power Apps, and Business Objects;
•Experience with General Computer Controls (GCC) management and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations;
•Experience in working within Agile environments, including collaborating with cross-functional teams in an iterative development process;
•Experience with Windows OS and Office Suite, demonstrating expert-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
•Experience in supporting IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Oracle, MS SQL, and understanding enterprise architecture (databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure, firewalls, etc.);
•Experience with Cybersecurity applications and security frameworks relevant to business systems.
Preferred:
•Experience in related roles (5-8 years);
•Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
•Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Business Units (CBUs) and IT, facilitating effective communication, gathering business requirements, and ensuring IT solutions align with business needs;
•Support key enterprise applications, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience;
•Provide first-tier functional and technical support, assisting end users with application-related inquiries, executing SQL scripts for data management, and analyzing application logs for troubleshooting;
•Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency while supporting cloud migrations and on-premises systems;
•Contribute to solution design and implementation, working with IT teams to develop and integrate technology solutions that meet business goals while maintaining compliance and security best practices;
•Manage documentation and testing processes, including creating and maintaining project and support documentation, supporting quality assurance (QA) testing, and assisting end users with system adoption and training.
