What You'll Do:
- Design with Purpose: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design structural systems for residential and commercial buildings that meet the unique needs of seniors.
- Bring Designs to Life: Create detailed structural drawings and specifications that will guide the construction process.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Work with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop efficient and effective structural solutions.
- Utilize Cutting-Edge Technology: Perform structural calculations and modeling using industry-standard software.
What We're Looking For:
- Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro) and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Drive and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to project sites as needed.
