About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Insurance Strategy to enhance our Wealth Strategies team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in personal insurance planning, specifically tailored for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
You will engage directly with our clients, collaborating closely with Financial Advisors to provide strategic leadership, analyze insurance needs, and create innovative, customized solutions across various insurance productsfrom life insurance and annuities to long-term care and property/casualty insurance.
In addition to client engagement, you will play a pivotal role in training and educating our team on the latest insurance products and planning strategies, while also leading original research and sharing valuable insights with the firm.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in risk management and insurance planning, particularly for high-net-worth individuals. You need to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, showcasing your analytical skills and thought leadership.
The role demands a high degree of intellectual sophistication and a strong commitment to client service and integrity. Candidates should hold FINRA registration and requisite insurance licenses, with the possibility of sponsorship for FINRA licensing if needed. You will be an essential team player, skilled in building strong relationships, and prepared for limited travel.
