Insight Global is looking for a skilled IT Technician/Administrator to join our client and help build and maintain robust IT systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in IT support, networking, and systems administration.
Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and server management.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex IT issues.
Responsibilities:
Ticket System Development: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive ticketing system to streamline IT support and issue resolution.
Office 365 Management: Administer and maintain Office 365 environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Exchange Email Migrations: Plan and execute email migrations to Microsoft Exchange, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
Microsoft Server Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft servers running Windows 10 and 11.
Active Directory Administration: Manage Active Directory services, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
Customer Exchange Setup: Build and secure Microsoft Exchange environments for customers, ensuring robust email services and data protection.
Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT infrastructure and customer data.
Pay:
This position is paying between $55,000-$65,000 annually based on candidates years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
