Key Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through a 'Do Whatever It Takes Attitude'
- Manage shifts by making daily decisions, scheduling, and planning while maintaining consistency in delivering high-quality food and service
- Motivate employees and utilize leadership skills through ongoing training, development, and follow-up
- Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations
- Oversee all financial and personnel-related administrative duties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- As a General Manager for a restaurant, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers to motivate them to work harder and more effectively.
- You will work with your team to develop strategies that reduce costs and increase sales within the company.
- You will ensure that patrons have a positive experience when dining in the restaurant.
- Due to the nature of our business, this position requires working weekends and holidays.
