Executive Personal Assistant to Founder - Coral Gables, FLA
Seeking a top notch Executive Assistant with experience in Financial Services, preferable hedge fund or Private Equity to support the Chairman of a Miami based hedge fund. This is a role that requires grace and gravitas.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of high level Executive Assistant experience
- University or college degree
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Proactive, highly organized, detail oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Hedge Fund
- Software: MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain demanding calendar including meetings, logistics and conference calls
- Domestic and international travel and lodging arrangements
- Screen and prioritize executive calls and emails
- Receive visitors and prepare executive conference room for meetings
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Draft letters and correspondence
- Plan and coordinate events for VIP visitors
- Monthly reporting packs to investors
- Personal tasks for the chairman
- Provide background information and materials for calls and meetings in a timely fashion
- Maintain professional office appearance and order supplies as needed
- Rapid filing and retrieval of electronic copies of documentation to/from server
- Stay on top of daily reminders for chairman
Compensation range: $150k to $200k base
