Job Description
Job Overview:

Oversees overall maintenance and physical appearance of interior and exterior of property.
Assists in securing bids and proposals and makes recommendations to the Community Association Manager as they relate to the building’s physical plan.
Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
Responds to emergencies in the building as needed and is on-call 24/7.
Ensures that all personnel are properly trained, perform their assigned duties daily and have proper equipment/supplies to perform their job.
Documents procedures and processes followed.
Supervises, recognizes, and provides an explanation and possible solution of problems in all maintenance building areas as may be mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or aesthetics.

Skill & Qualification:

High school diploma.
Must possess strong maintenance and repair skills in HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electricity
General experience in building trades, mechanical, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. Condo experience is a plus.
Computer literacy: Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft offices applications. Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
English and Spanish fluency desirable.
CAM License a plus.
