Summary

The Graduate Assistant is responsible for assisting faculty, staff, and students in the Psychology Department. Responsibilities may include and are not limited to the following: teaching undergraduate psychology courses, serving as teaching assistants to professors, assisting professors in research activities, assisting professors in the physical organization and management of stored materials associated with their university-related activities, such as the assessment closet and the clinical and research labs storeroom, providing course coverage for professors, proctoring exams, grading exams, tutoring students in the Undergraduate Psychology Lab, helping the department's administrative assistant with clerical tasks, data management, and activities related to the Annual Psychology Research Forum, such as printing posters and hanging posters.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Only graduate students in the BarryU MS Clinical Psychology Program are eligible for the position
