Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized workplace experience (concierge) to provide exceptional service and support at our Miami office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for incoming vendors (e.g., food services, HVAC, janitorial).
- Provide support to market managers and assist with event setups.
- Coordinate and order catering services.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk and manage office entry.
- Respond to emails and Slack messages, primarily for coordinating catering needs.
- Maintain a professional and inviting office environment.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree or professional hospitality accreditations preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook).
- Experience using Slack or similar communication tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Warm and engaging demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Physical and Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible work schedules based on office needs.
- Strong knowledge of the Miami area, including recreational, hospitality, and business information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide personal services to employees and guests, including travel arrangements, office wayfinding, reception services, and activity reservations.
- Maintain logs of service requests and ensure prompt, thorough responses.
- Coordinate and confirm dining, recreational, and business activities.
- Support facility management by responding to emergencies and adhering to security protocols.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
