As a Director, Business Development for Propel, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will execute our go-to-market plan and be a part of the team from its inception, growing with us as we scale.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities through active prospecting including cold calling, email, and other means with new prospects.
Drive sales effort from planning to closure.
Increase client base.
Lead, motivate and build the sales team.
Oversee activities and performance of the sales team and ongoing training/coaching the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective client acquisition strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Self-motivated and keep the team motivated.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage with clients across their business and up to C level.
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Flexible to work in different time zones.
Experience selling complex service solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
10+ years of experience in enterprise services sales.
Bachelor’s degree or higher with a fair understanding of the technology/analytics space.
