<b>Location: </b> REMOTE<br><b>Salary: </b> $70.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly<br><b>Description: </b> Our client is currently seeking a HRIS (UKG) Consultant<br><br>About the Role: Our client is transitioning from UKG to Workday and is seeking a dedicated UKG Consultant to manage UKG operations while the team focuses on the Workday build-out. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and support during the transition period.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>UKG Support Cases/Ticket Management: Handle and resolve support cases and tickets related to UKG.</li><li>Workflow Administration/Approvals: Manage workflow administration and approvals until these tasks are transitioned from HRIS.</li><li>HR Data Auditing: Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Ad-Hoc/Urgent Reports: Generate ad-hoc and urgent reports as needed.</li><li>Company Transfers: Manage and process company transfers within the UKG system.</li><li>Security User/Role Administration: Administer user roles and security settings in UKG.</li><li>Mass Imports: Perform mass data imports into the UKG system.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<br><ul><li>Integrations: Extensive experience with UKG integrations.</li><li>BI Reporting: Proficiency in business intelligence reporting within UKG.</li><li>Benefits Administration: Strong background in benefits administration using UKG.</li><li>HRSD: Experience with HR service delivery (HRSD) in UKG.</li><li>HCM/Core: Solid understanding of human capital management (HCM) and core HR functions in UKG.</li><li>Recruiting: Familiarity with recruiting processes and modules in UKG.</li></ul>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Proven experience in managing UKG systems and modules.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul><ul> </ul><br><b>Contact:</b> tbuntrock@judge.com<br><br>This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
