Your Core Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to establish and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, driving consistent engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing enterprise clients to explore future opportunities and ensure satisfaction with services. Coordinate with the Sales Assistant to streamline order processing.
- Stay informed on health industry trends, emerging opportunities, and client challenges, positioning HealthMerch as the go-to provider.
- Build and expand your professional network through strategic connections and by attending industry conferences.
- Identify and qualify leads, maintaining an up-to-date CRM to effectively manage the sales funnel.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, closing deals that deliver exceptional client value.
- Organize and participate in events and educational sessions to strengthen relationships and showcase HealthMerchs offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding marketing and graphic designto create a seamless, client-first experience.
Expected OutcomesFirst Year
- Master the promotional products industry and HealthMerchs offerings.
- Build a strong book of business with repeat clients.
- Deliver $600,000 in annual revenue.
Ongoing Goals
- Consistently exceed sales targets, leveraging a strategic approach to growth.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM with all client interactions.
- Establish referral networks to fuel organic growth.

- Sales Hunter: Experienced sales professional that is accustomed to working with enterprise clients that typically require customization, multiple stakeholders in the decision making process, longer sales cycle, and relationship management and consultative selling to ensure products align with branding.

- Proven track record in sales, especially in B2B environments.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus).

- Spanish fluency is a bonus.
