About the Role:

This dual role combines front desk reception, administrative support, and case management duties, providing a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to patient care. This position will be split between our Miami and Cutler Bay offices, requiring flexibility in both work location and schedule.

Miami Offices: 7404 SW 48th St. Miami 33155

Cutler Bay: 18922 S Dixie Hwy. Cutler Bay, 33157

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $17.00 per hour during a 3-month training period. Competitive hourly wage to be discussed after the training period, with a range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour considered based on qualifications.
  • Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with mandatory Saturday availability (9 am to 3 pm) at the Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
  • Efficiently check patients in and out.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage patient paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organize calendars.
  • Verify insurance coverage and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Case Management:

  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and other care-related matters.
  • Provide patient education and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion for patients.
